Are you a pro at organisation with a heart for animal welfare? Borders Pet Rescue is looking for a Volunteer Secretary to join our Board of Trustees!
As we grow, we need someone dedicated to helping our charity stay organized, compliant, and effective. If you have experience in administration, governance, or secretarial duties, we would love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Draft agendas and record minutes for our bi-monthly Monday evening meetings.
- Liaise with the Chair to keep our governance top-notch.
- Manage correspondence with bodies like OSCR and Companies House.
- Support the team that makes life-saving decisions for pets in the Borders.
